1. Registration
Before you can enter any details into our site we require you register a few details, during this process you will be given the chance to choose a password.

Once registered, you can then choose the Add item from the homepage or within each section on the left yellow panel, the on screen questions will then guide you through.

2. Become a panel member
Similar to the registration process above we require you to provide a few details, however, your registration will not become active until our clearance staff have contacted you. Applications are vetted so there is no conflict of interest and each registrant must meet with our quality levels.

3. See your progress
At any time, you can come back to the site and log in to your account, from here you can see what items you have entered / bid against and bring up the full bidding history.

Our web site will notify you of any changes that happen to your records by email the very minute it happens giving you the chance to react quickly.

4. Site problems
Although we try to make our website compatible with most of the leading computers and internet browsers, there will always be some that slip through the net. If you are experiencing difficulties then please email techsupport@clicknmove.com with a full description including what type of computer and browser you are using.

Our support team will keep you updated with any issues you may have with the site.

5. Details are incorrect
If it is your personal details, then log in to your account where you can select My Details to edit your entry. If it is an item posted to the site, you can close the item early and re-enter it again using the Add Items options as before. For security reasons we are not able to provide support for ammending details once they are open for bidding.

6. Improvements
